New Feature in Blogger

I've been waiting for Google to build this into their blogging service for some time. And it's finally here. It is now possible for you to be notified of any follow-up comments in any one of my posts. All you have to do is tick the box ("Email follow-up..") as shown. Just one catch! You'll need to sign up for a Google account. This stops anyone from using someone else's email address.

Hopefully, some of our regular commenters will find this new feature useful. It should help you keep a track of new comments to old posts.

I can think of at least two posters will find this feature indispensable.

TCG, while its all very good to have this new feature, your blog would be better off having a few controversial articles instead. Mate, your blobg has been very boring in recent weeks. How about making some posts on all the problems and issues bedevelling chess in Sydney and in particular the NSWCA's handling of it? What happened to the "Arosar" of 2 years ago on chess chat who used to love fishing out controversy? Mate, a boring blog [which your blog is these days] is not worth looking at. Come on, lets have some juicy controversies!

Talking about controversial stories for your blog. TCG, you could investigate how the NSWCA made a $3.6k loss on the 2006 NSW Open which was held at Hakoah. When me and others have asked NSWCA officials about this they get very evasive. I reckon something unusual has happened here as I did the maths some time ago and I cannot see how they could have lost a large amount like $3.6k on this tournament. I've heard a few interesting rumours (including a couple of Jewish conspiacy theories which I disagree with) as to how this $3.6k loss was racked up. Could be a good scoop for you and a hot topic for your readers.
