Pichay Opens Chess Building

Here is a photo of NCFP boss Prospero "Butch" Pichay during the opening ceremony of the Chess Institutes Building that is located within the Bulacan State University. Journalist Marlon Bernardino says that, "The chess institute building will provide chess players from Bulacan and nearby provinces to spend their free time and keep them away from drugs and other illegal activities."

Sydney is a "world class city" - 5 miilion people living in the first world. Forget a chess playing/coaching/selling venue, we dont even have an office. The NSWCA should be ashamed that it does not even have a plan to have a super duper chess venue in Sydney. Other states have their centres. Where is ours?

NSWCA council is being lead by a hopeless group of status quo mongers. Vote them out.
