Corus Begins Today

While all this is going on in New Zealand, the first of the grand slams is set to begin today in Wijk aan Zee. I am, of course, talking about Corus. This year is a special one for Pinoy chess fans as in group C, GM Wesley So is the top seed. ChessVibes has a summary of that group here.
