I was quite amused by this post by Shaun Press earlier today. Just teasing his critics, perhaps? On that note, I do wish he'd hurry up with that The application of the 'Gibraltar' Rule at the 2008 O2C Doeberl Cup report. Should be rivetting reading.

The report has been finished and sent to a couple of FIDE officials, as well as other parties connected with the Doeberl Cup. Once I get responses to a couple of questions raised in the report, I'll make it public.
wow. the live blogging is really good. maybe this setting a trend for future chess events!
